Highlights of Sponsorships

Benefits of Sponsorship

Sponsors will receive the benefits listed below for the entire calendar year. We have 7 Seattle Chapter Membership Meetings plus a number of special events already in place for 2011.

All Sponsors Receive:

• Your company name on a large meeting banner that will be at all IFMA Seattle Chapter events through the year.
   
• Your company will be promoted as a sponsor on IFMA Seattle chapter website. Placement and size will be by sponsorship level.
   
• A reminder will be given to all attendees at each IFMA Seattle function to "Remember our IFMA Seattle sponsors as you send out your bid invitations."
   
• The first opportunity to renew your sponsorship at the same level (or if available, the next higher level) for the following year.

All Platinum, Gold, and Silver Level Sponsors Receive:

• Sponsorship of one Membership Meeting in 2011. Platinum and Gold Level Sponsors will have exclusive meeting sponsorship. Silver Level Sponsors will have shared (dual) meeting sponsorship, including:
   
• Your company name & logo on all flash emails promoting the meeting
   
• Your company name & logo on the IFMA Seattle website calendar and all other IFMA Seattle website pages that announce the meeting
   
• Two meeting passes to your sponsored meeting
   
• We have a 2’ x 3’ flat board at the meeting entrance publicizing your sponsorship with your company name & logo
   
• Use of an “Information Table” to greet meeting attendees and to present your company literature. (Will depend on meeting location / logistics - not possible for some events.)
   
• An introduction by our chapter president (or proxy) and a 2–3 minute opportunity to briefly describe your company and to introduce the keynote speaker or panel participants
