The General Services Administration has been tasked to help lead the Federal Government in Sustainability and creating a greener government. GSA’s focus is on creating sustainable buildings, maximizing green purchasing options for supplies and vehicles, and ensuring their facilities professionals have the knowledge and training necessary to maintain and operate buildings in a manner consistent with industry best practices. This session will give an overview of what GSA is doing to incorporate sustainable practices into its core business. Participants will walk away with ideas on integrating Green concepts into their own work environments as well as an understanding of what skills are necessary for the future of Facilities Management.

His humorous approach will bring smiles as he adds light and levity in the FM’s world.
